行程备注:

1. 儿童 (指身高在1.2米及以下）；费用仅包含车位及保险费用，不占床、不含早、不含景点门票。 注意:1大1小报名无法安排拼房，请补房差单住，敬请谅解!

2. 因人力不可抗拒因素（自然灾害、交通状况、政府行为等）造成行程的费用增加由客人自理，未产生的费用本公司将不退还。我社可以作出行程调整，尽力确保行程的顺利进行。实在导致无法按照约定的计划执行的，因变更而超出的费用由旅游者承担。

3. 行程中的车程时间为不堵车情况下的参考时间,不包含景点的游览时间；在景点不减少的情况下，依照客人意见我社有权调整游览的先后次序，投诉以当地接待社旅游意见单为准，请各位游客如实填写，若虚假填写、不填写默认为无接待问题，回程后再行投诉，我社将不予受理。如对我社接待不满意的请在第一时间与我社联系，以便我社协调处理。

4. 行程中绝大多数景点为尚未开发状态，如遇景区突然关闭或突然收费敬请谅解。

温馨提示（请仔细阅读以下提示内容）:

1. 新疆经济较内地有所差别，吃住行较内地有所差异，敬请谅解；

2. 新疆与中国其他省份差两小时，但全疆均使用北京时间作息；新疆休息时间为晚上24：00左右，早上上班时间为10：00左右；

3. 早晚温差较大，温差可在20度左右，晚上睡觉时应将空调开到适度，不要过凉，或睡觉时不盖棉被，造成身体不适。另外需要注意，如在天池过夜、那拉提牧场、游喀纳斯湖等须带外衣和毛衣等衣物；

4. 因新疆地域辽阔，坐车时间较长，在很多情况下，须旅游者下车行走或亲自体验骑马、骑骆驼的乐趣。所以，一双合适的鞋显得尤为重要；

5. 新疆气温虽较内地略低，但因新疆很多地区海拔较高，紫外线照射强烈。所以旅游者应准备充足有效的防晒品，同时配备清热、解渴、滋润的药物或冲剂，如夏桑菊冲剂等，以免一时难以承受过于干燥和酷热的气候。要是有晕车的旅客请自备晕车药；

6. 在新疆旅游，因行程较长，气候差别较大，旅游者一时难以适应，可能会出现水土不服症状，旅游者应携带有关药物及一些常备药物，如创可贴、感冒药或治疗肠胃不适药物等；

7. 新疆是水果之乡，到新疆吃水果是一大乐事，但千万不要在吃完水果后再喝热茶水，吃羊肉不能喝冷水，以免引起腹泻；

8. 新疆的大部分地区购买称重商品时的报价为公斤报价（南疆和田除外），所以购买称重商品时请落实报价是公斤价还是市斤，在巴扎（集市）购买旅游纪念品时，请在确定购买后再进行讨价还价。不严肃的讨价还价行为会招致卖方的不满。如果交易不成，也请注意文明礼貌。在购买前先请导游推荐一些购买场所，玉石等贵重物品在指定商场购买。

人身安全：

1. 受旅游地自然条件限制，影响景点沿途餐厅的条件与内陆旅游发达地区相比较，无论从软硬件设施或饭菜质量都有一定的差距，且大部分地区口味偏重，喜辛辣，但我们会尽最大努力与餐厅协调，满足不同地区不同游客的需求；地域辽阔，景点之间车程较长，请游客在来西北旅游时注意休息，调配好时间安排，以充足的体力参加旅游活动。因风俗习惯各异，游览时(如进寺庙)，请谨记地陪宣布有关旅游的注意事项，入乡随俗。

2. 团员尽量不要单独行动，不要擅自离队，不要随意走近牧民帐蓬，小心恶犬伤人。财产安全贵重物品请您随身携带，如钱包、照相机、摄像机、退房前请您仔细检查是否有落下的物品。

拍摄禁忌：在野外拍摄时，谨记安全第一，注意自身身体状况，请大家保管好随身的拍摄器材，谨防丢失。

出行小贴士： 新疆的气候特点决定了来新疆旅游人士的必备品：5月至11月，增加春秋衣裤（年长及体弱者尚应带上保暖内衣），11月至4月，备好保暖冬装。旅游鞋,太阳帽、太阳镜,—防晒霜（SPF20+）,唇膏（防干裂型）,是一年四季的必备品。

特别提醒：

1. 不到新疆不知道中国之大，所以点与点之间都有一段路程，有些地方基础设施配套不完善，旅行必备用品一定要带足。

2. 已交付团费的团员，如因突发事情退出，可自行找人顶替，如果找不到人顶替的将扣除全额款项冲抵已产生的订房订车费用。

3. Travel Time Disclaimer: The estimated travel time provided in the itinerary is based on normal road conditions and does not include sightseeing time. As long as all attractions are covered, the order of visits may be adjusted based on group preferences. Complaints will be handled based on the local travel service feedback form—please fill it out honestly. If the form is not filled out or falsely filled, it will be considered as no complaint, and post-trip complaints will not be entertained. If you have any concerns about the service, please inform us immediately for timely resolution.

4. Scenic Spot Disclaimer: Most attractions in this itinerary are undeveloped scenic areas. In the event of sudden closures or unexpected entrance fees, we ask for your understanding.

Important Travel Tips (Please Read Carefully):

• Regional Differences: Xinjiang’s economic development differs from inland China, which may affect accommodation, dining, and transportation experiences. We appreciate your understanding.

• Time Zone: Although Xinjiang operates on Beijing time (GMT+8), daily life follows a local rhythm about two hours later than in other provinces. Local rest time is usually around midnight (24:00), and work starts around 10:00 AM.

• Temperature & Clothing: Day-to-night temperature differences can be as much as 20°C. Ensure air conditioning is set to a comfortable level when sleeping and use blankets properly to avoid getting sick. If staying overnight at Heavenly Lake (Tianchi), Nalati Grassland, or Kanas Lake, bring warm clothes like jackets and sweaters.

• Long Travel Distances: Xinjiang is vast, requiring long travel times. In many places, travelers may need to walk or ride horses/camels, so comfortable shoes are essential.

• Sun Protection & Health Precautions: Despite lower temperatures, Xinjiang has strong UV rays due to high altitude. Bring sunscreen, lip balm, and hydrating remedies such as herbal cooling drinks (e.g., Xia Sang Ju herbal tea). If prone to motion sickness, bring necessary medication. Due to long journeys and different climates, travelers may experience mild altitude sickness or digestive discomfort. Bring common medications like band-aids, cold medicine, and stomach remedies.

• Local Food & Drinks: Xinjiang is known for its fruits, but avoid drinking hot tea immediately after eating them. Do not drink cold water after eating lamb to prevent indigestion.

• Shopping in Xinjiang: Most places price goods by kilogram (kg), except Hotan in southern Xinjiang, which uses half-kilogram (jin) pricing. When shopping at local bazaars (markets), bargain only if you intend to buy—casual bargaining may offend vendors. For valuable purchases like jade, it’s recommended to buy from certified stores.

Personal Safety:

• Due to remote locations, restaurants along the route may have basic facilities and different food flavors (e.g., spicier, saltier). We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs.

• Travel distances are long, so proper rest and time management are essential for an enjoyable experience.

• Xinjiang has diverse ethnic customs—please follow local etiquette, especially in mosques and temples.

• Stay with the group—do not wander alone or enter nomads' tents without permission, as guard dogs may be present.

• Keep valuables safe—always carry your wallet, camera, and important belongings with you. Before leaving your hotel room, double-check to avoid forgetting anything.

Photography Restrictions:

• When taking photos outdoors, safety comes first—be mindful of your physical condition and protect your camera gear from loss or damage.

• May to November: Spring/autumn clothing (elderly and weaker individuals should bring thermal underwear)

Special Reminders:

• Xinjiang’s vast size means that travel distances between attractions are long. Some areas have limited infrastructure, so ensure you bring all essential travel items.

• If a traveler cancels after paying the tour fee, they may find a replacement. Otherwise, the full amount will be deducted to cover pre-booked hotels and transportation.
